I am ver mad right now
I am so mad right now. I have been having a problem with my laptop having sticky keys. So I call Toshiba and they give me a local place it can be repaired with my warranty. I take it there and they try to say I spilled something on the keyboard so it is not covered by the warranty. That is so untrue I am very careful with it and do not eat and drink any where near it since I had to save so long to get it. It is one of those Tablet PC's. Also I am the only one that use it. I never let anyone borrow it, its my baby. To make it even worse they try to tell me that not only had something been spilled on it they say but all across the key board, which according to my brother if that had happened the liquid would have went into the mother board and the whole computer would not of worked. Then they try to charge me fifty dollars just to determine what exactly has to be done to fix it and then charge me for whatever parts cost. So, I call Toshiba and they say the only thing they can do is pay for shipping to send it directly to the factory. This means I won't have it in back in time for school to start in January. So now I have to pick it up and send it to them. I mean if they were lying about me having spilt something how do I know that won't spill something purposely on it before I get it back. I mean they were trying to scam me. In the mean time I am using my mom's computer which is really sucky. Uh! It makes me mad.
