So I've been mentally/emotionally under the weather. I come on to LJ and I see very plainly that so is everyone else. Many having better cause than I.
I think I might be mismanaging my stress. My stress levels are not going to diminish any time soon; avoidance is out, adaptation is the tool I have.
So I'm posting a brainstorm for me and everyone else; what can we do with the stress? How can we deminish it?
...I'll post some starter ideas later.
