Yes you made me cry again! Omg how perfect, feelings of love, pain, loneliness, hope, fear, wholeness, emptiness, laughter, joy, being loved unconditionally...just uggghhh!

This....this is life!....just amazingly beautiful ( and yes I am saying this again, but you really are capable of writing things that bring out all of life's beauty out in words.)

One of my favorite parts is:

***That camera was as much a part of Kim Kibum as the little cluster of freckles tucked inside the dip of his hipbone, the ones Jinki liked to trace with his mouth, mapping their position like a constellation in the milky sky of Kibum's skin.***

I don't know why but the imagery is so personal and that he noticed this little thing about Key and then left his mark there before Key left was perfect.

And the old sweater...

And Key came back....

Perfect!

Oh! and buying the second toothbrush...

and the other thing I was thinking about is that it took him three months before the first letter and pictures and then he was like clockwork.

I like to think that it was as hard on Key to leave Jinki behind and the first few months he tried to let if go, and forget, but then he realized how much he loved him and how he knew he was going back to him.

You hit the nail on the head with that one~

In my head, even after three months, no matter what Kibum saw and found on his world tour, things would remind him of Jinki. Tacky souvenirs, local dishes made with things he liked, things of that nature. I'm sure he would've found himself thinking, "I wish Jinki could see this" more times than he'd care to admi, before caving in and starting his little project.

And a little author's secret - The Polaroid Kibum send Jinki last is one he snapped in secret before he left, that he kept with him at all times, to remind him of Jinki. Jinki himself does much like being photographed, mostly because he was always scared that Key's ever-vigilant lens would be too telling.

I understand... I hate being photographed, in fact I use to cry when they would make me take one I was a kid. I really didn't know why (but I think it maybe because the first photo I have of myself is when the adoption agency came and took it)

And yes living your dream is so much better when you have someone to share it with. :)

WHY IS EVERYONE CRYING I'M SO SORRY OTL

With everyone I've ever cared about in a romantic sense, there have always been little things about them that I liked. Things some people see as imperfections - like when they Photoshop out Jonghyun's chest mole in photo shoots. STOP THAT. Him and I are mole twins! LEAVE IT ALONE IT'S SEXY.

But yeah, I wanted to include something like that, just because I think Jinki would be the sort of person in real life who would notice things like this about the people he loves, no matter the context.

Thank you for reading, as always!

We are all crying because it was beautiful and perfect!

Crying is not a bad thing. Sometimes the only way I can cry is reading or watching a story that hits all those emotions.

It was kind of sad through out but when Key came back that's when I couldn't hold the tears back.

tears of joy!!!
