Yea, Fantasia won!!
I'm so glad Fantasia won the coveted title of our "American Idol"...now, she has more than enough money to take care of her daughter...I didn't want the 16-year-old to win simply b/c Fantasia needs the money more to support her child and I thought Fantasia's voice is more unique (reminds me of Macy Gray's)...I really like the song Tamyra (that's my girl, I wish she won American Idol status in 2002, but Kelly Clarkson took that honor...Fantasia makes up for Tamyra not winning) wrote called "I Believe"...I originally wanted the Hawaiian girl, Jasmine to win to represent us ASIANS in the volatile music industry, but she didn't make it to the final two :(
Now, I wish I looked like Jasmine..that girl has it all...beauty, integrity..she definitely can sing..she's thin and tan..and I love her hair...guess this whole "American Idol" obsession is not going to leave America, since there is going to be another one next year lol...that Ryan Secrest guy pisses me off..he just doesn't have a personality and he annoys me...I hope they find another host, unlikely though....although Diane didn't win, I know she is going to end up with a record contract still...that girl definitely has some pipes on her...Clay Aiken was runner-up last year and he gets about the same exposure as Ruben and he has an album out as well...when I was watching the final 2-hour show last night, Latoya (one of the final 12) sang...man, now that girl can sing..she should have made it farther..
