Days Like Today Remind Me What Summer Feels Like
I got a response from the Reston Association people, and they did indeed have a spot available for a volunteer 'costume character'!! So on July 12th from 9:30 -1:30, I will be "Earl the Squirrel". Steven Young said he did the same thing a few years back. It should be fun! (I hope..)
Today = goodness. The pool is always good times. I also made chocolate fondue (mmm) and had massive amounts of fried food at Ruby Tuesday's. When I came home my mom and I just sat on the stairs and talked...for a long while. It was nice. In these next 3 weeks without Dad/Steph, much mom-bonding activities will hopefully happen.
I only get headaches maybe once a year...and right now is one of those times. =/ 'nite all!
