When considering ultimate individual freedom there is a very
fine line between civilization and total anarchy. Between the two concepts lies
a boundary problem. How do you tell when you have crossed, from an absolutely
free society, over into anarchy? At what point is a free individual defined in
the context of their society and what does it cost
them?
