I ate entirely too much homemade pizza, should've stopped two pieces ago. But it is nice to a have a decent meal for a change, not that I don't love cornbread with all of my soul, it just doesn't make a great dinner.
Anyway, I'm feeling very fanfictiony, I think I'll make this my night off and haul ass during the rest of the weekend to get my essay done. I really need to finish chapter six of NF anyway, it's been a month.
And speaking of writing fanfics, I've had the urge ever since I reread the books last November to write a Percy fic dealing with his family and all that. First it started off as an innocent little one-shot, but then it started growing into a multi-chapter fic, and now the part I was thinking of writing for the prologue grew into its own thing followed by the rest of the story but done separately. It's a bit daunting but it's been pecking at me for some time. I think I may try writing up the first half and then seeing what I think of the idea. First, I must get to work on my other fave story that's barely been written. I have a problem with letting stories cook for too long, I think it's time not do that so much anymore.
*I think I want the new FOB music. I wasn't a big fan of them but their last won me over. I couldn't resist the catchiness of his voice.
