I think I'm finally sort of done-ish on my quote fic. At least it's done enough to the point of sending it to be beta-ed. But I'm not really feeling the ending, I wanted it to be simple but I think it's too simple. My quote sounds a bit dramatic so I was thinking it would be a dramatic setting but I went in a different more simple direction instead, there's probably too much exposition and rambling thoughts and such but I kinda like it^^ We'll see how it goes. It's nice to be at this sort of done place though, that's for sure ;)

They've been showing the movie, 3-Iron, on Encore. How happy that's made me. It's a really good movie, I definitely rec it; it's Korean but there's not much subs to read. There's not much dialogue in the film and normally I'm not a fan of films like that where the dialogue's muted so it's not the focus or there isn't much to begin with, it's obvious they're trying to go for that arty effect, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It's still feels lively even though the main characters never speak to each other except at the end when she says one line to him but it looks like she's speaking to her husband, probably helps that guy has those expressive smart looking eyes ^;. Everyone else speaks normally, her husband, the police, the people whose houses they break into. I saw the movie sitting on the shelf a while at Hollywood Video before I ever rented it, and from the cover I thought it was going to be kind of racy but it really wasn't. Still, it was kinda sexy. lolz.
I haven't been to that collegeboard site in ages but I have to remind myself to go there and print out scores so I can submit for that honors program. It's kind of odd that they want your SAT scores since it's supposed to be college and all that stuff's behind us now, but then again if I didn't have it, I wouldn't be able to get into the program until next semester. The sooner, the better with this stuff.
