I admit. I'm still bummed I could NOT bid on this, the original storyboard art for the Can't Get My Love Together music video from Jem! because the seller refused to accept anything but Pay FIEND/Pall. I even tried pleading a compromise of paying him THROUGH Pay FIEND/Pall, which I was stil against, but not signing up for an official account, and I was still turned down (see previous entry) even though my high bid would have been 5 times the winning bid ;(. Sigh, yes, I still feel crappy about all this.

On the bright side, the Thundercats official soundtrack petition has reached 112 signatures or 11.2% of the 1000 signature mark! Yeah, it's still probably NOT enough to get the attention of Warner Bros., but maybe one of those soundtrack specialty companies might take a slight notice =/.

In another area, I've been mentioned by name in a Star Tribune online blog by Randy A Salas concerning bootleg DVDs listed on Amazon! Salas had published an article about bootleg DVD availability in the Star Tribune the previous day, and I called him to note that even Amazon, a place that's supposedly a trusted source for licensed DVDs, has bootleg DVDs in their listings put up by their marketplace sellers. Salas added the amendment to his article in his blog ;). I told Salas I had tried telling Amazon to remove that bootleg SilverHawks DVD listing months ago, but apparently, Amazon has left it on their website, making it look like a somewhat legitimate DVD XP! Hopefully, Warner Bros. will make an official release of the series next year if the rumors are true.

Finally, thanks to Rosemary/roseangelo and Chandra/rous, I have seen geekdoms collide 8D! Chandra burned copies of Time Crash, the Doctor Who 8-minute special where the 10th Doctor meets the 5th Doctor, EEEEEEEE, and The Weakest Link Doctor Who celebrity special for me! I'm so in geek heaven watching those last night! What more could a multi-geek ask for?
