welcome home...
so i haven't posted in a while. and this will not be an in-depth post.
however, i am back at school. and very happy to be so. it was a long, relatively uneventful day (except for a random, slightly hostile text from ben in response to a text from a week and a half ago--the FIRST communication from him in months...) and i am living in my new apartment on the wrong side of campus. i like it (once i got past the spiders and unswept floors). and tomorrow i am going on the RA retreat to hike and participate in other miscellaneous retreat-related activities.
i am greatly looking forward to the return of a great many friends and loved ones to the forge campus (namely but not limited to mandy, phil, and scritch). i am equally sad to leave loved ones behind that i saw very little this summer (namely but not limited to katie, heather, and makayla). i feel cheated of my time with them. (yes, i know i barely live in the state anymore. and it's sad. but it's really not my fault. i can only go where god tells me. i don't argue.)
and thus my senior year begins.
