Good morning, my name's ellie and I'm calling from Subscriber services to inform you that the warranty on your sky television system has run out.
There are two reasons for this call. Firstly, to inform you of this, which means yoiu are liable to £65 call out charges and then repair charges on top of that. Secondly, we would like to renew your warantee for you.
