Looking for a full-time beta

My old beta, cosmodjevojka disappeared off to somewhere, so I had to snag and bribe random people (whom I shall love eternally, of COURSE ;)) to beta my fics, and frankly, Mr Shankly, I don't feel comfortable doing that anymore.
So I appeal to you, Slackenettes, to help me in my plight! I need someone who will be the beta to all my Franz slashfics, especially to Come And Dance With Me. Here are the terms you need to fulfil.
- you've got to have an open and working LJ account, obviously
- it'd be great if you've read my stuff before
- you have to be fluent in English. That means that you can read, speak and write it with making little or no mistakes. That's absolutely a must. It would be really good if you were from the British Isles, but that doesn't need to be the case.
- you need to have MSN Messanger and be able to communicate with me over it
- you need to be ruthless with spelling mistakes and ready to make style suggestions
- also, you need to be open with me and ready to help me with an alternate plot
- it'd be good if you were a slash writer yourself, but that's not necessary
- you need to have the love of Franz, love of slash and the love of Franz slash in you. ^^
- being in the same timezone (I'm GMT +1 hour) helps, although I can adjust.
