TUCSON, Ariz. A fight last night at a popular youth nightspot in Tucson erupted into a shooting that left one man dead.
Police say several other people were hurt during the brawl, which they say began inside the club called Skrappy's and then spilled into the parking lot.
Officers called to the scene found a man who had been shot. The victim, 27-year-old Ray Darrin Pierson of Mesa, was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Several other people were hurt.
The fighting broke out about during a hard-core metal concert.
Skrappy's is designated as a drug- and alcohol-free club aimed at young people
