The dangers of watching the HGTV network..
When I was at Walmart I picked up three wooden round plaque things. Painted them the deep red (country apple red it's called on the paint) and put on some black stencil rubbings that match the pattern on my comforter.
...why? Because I've been watching HGTV network while I work (nice backgroundy noise and a distraction from the stress of dealing with work stuff) and I was itching to do a project.
I'll post pictures later when I get them hung. And my bedroom somewhat clean. Since Emma's coming.
Next project? Painting my table.
I was thinking of decopauging the top -- but now I see that's a lot of harder work than I'm used to.
....yeah maybe I should curb my watching.
I do think in another life I'd like to be an interor designer. Not that I have any skills my self - but I'd love coming up with the concepts.
Maybe I just like telling people what to do.
