Comics...
So I finally had a chance to pick up Buffy #5 - which was kick butt awesome. It was cool to see the slayer line story from someone else's perspective. I LOVED the fairies and the underworld feel.
And I picked up Spike's Shadow Puppets #1 and #2 - HILARIOUS. If you have reservations about a non-Joss comic - throw them away. This comic is told in Spike-style narration that had me ROTFL. Seriously. If you love Spike, I think you'll be pleased with this comic. And the alternate covers are the same as the original covers BUT with puppet Spike instead of Spike. Hilarious.
I picked up the Supernatural #4 - I need to get 1-3. And the latest Runaways.
Oh, and the guy who checked me out was a big Whedon geek. So I gave him my card and told him about my podcast and Buffy Between the Lines.
