I am very, very interested in this.
Perhaps in a somewhat academic way. Because as you know I aspired to write an honours thesis on dialects and regional identity ever since year 1. But obviously I won't be writing an honours thesis since I won't be taking honours, but still.
Seriously are they going to release... 24? CDs in this series? Cos it's quite sad if there are some prefectures that don't have a CD to their own right? But then again. I would really really want to hear the Aomori or Akita or just any touhoku-ben CD. Touhoku-ben muzukashii!

In my 2 years in Japan, I want to go Kumano once (why is Wakayama so far away D:). And then Yoshino-yama IN AUTUMN (haha even though it's famous for sakura). Then Hiraizumi in winter (omg this will be cold). If you can tell why I picked these 3 places, we are probably thinking about the same thing hahaha. But well they ARE famous places mah.

I think the corners are rather interesting. でもすごいですよね。あのオールナイトニッポンだよ?すごいじゃないですか！ But then I think it really depends on the personality for the day ne. Cos this kind of radio show... ne.
