GOSH it sounds so cute I like Tosa-ben all of a sudden.
Is it like, possible to focus my hypothetical honours thesis (meaning, if I actually do one at all) on Japanese dialects? Like, maybe something like Japanese dialects and the establishment of regional identity in contemporary Japan... or something like that.
Speaking of which, my current little entertainment at my pop culture lect is sitting behind this person (erm, I mean tj_han) and randomly peeking at his comp. Lolx. You know, this post? I was so amused at today's lecture. And I, being a total fail at english, cannot explain it half what he did, so read it, it's really interesting, today's lecture. You do not have to agree with the contents of the lecture, but they provide an interesting... approach? To it.
No, I don't bother with locking this post, because I don't believe I'd get discovered by him or anything. 'sides, having sat behind him for a few times, I still have not seen what he looks like. At all. Lolx.
