Due to me slacking an unbelievable amount of time yesterday, I finished ONE WHOLE set of 50 sentences for
1sentence.
Title: The Melancholy of Cian Aybale
Series: Caronaile Chronicles, for
1sentence, set Beta
Pairings/characters: CianxVeron, Vic, Xeno, Merill, Sharne
Genre: ...attempted romance? Drabbles.
Rating: A very clean G, without even a bad word.
Warnings: Hmm, nothing, other than "don't expect too much from the het I write". Oh. And while I love grammar, it hates me.
Disclaimers: The Perodacsien Empire of Caronaile belongs to my brain cells. And so does all its residents.
Notes: Don't mind that title. Really.

Cian has been by her side since the day she was born, but he was still nowhere near Veron's heart.
[42][neutral]
The tone Veron speaks to Cian (if ever) was more hostile than anything else, but by the time it gets to his brain, it gets neutralized so much that he can't feel any hostility at all.

[47][valiant]
Everyone thinks Veron scores a full mark in the valiance department, even more so than her Chariot, the Brigader-General of the Royal Star Brigade; Cian agrees with them totally.
[48][virtuous]
Much as Veron was hailed by all as the Invincible One, never had anyone praised her for anything else outside her power and skills, when Cian has one whole list of her virtues in his heart.
[49][victory]
"So it's Veron's win again, which makes it Veron - 593, Cian - 0," quipped Vic when Veron ignores Cian's confession again, and Cian just scowls at her.
[50][defeat]
Cian was not one to admit defeat easily, unless the other party was Veron, at whom he would wave a little white flag before even fighting.
* * *
1. Veronica (Veron) Perodacsier is the second princess of the Empire holding the tile of the Dark Princess and is the Crowned Heir of the Empire. She is often said as the stronger and better of the two princesses, and is also the recognised most skilled fighter in the empire, often refered to as the "Invincible One". She is a Fire-Air liefean, and has dark red hair and eyes that is characteristic of a Fire liefean. She seldom talks and is known to be very cold towards even the ones closest to her. Work-oriented and does not allow personal issues to disturb her work. Is a "missioner".
2. Cian Aybale is the appointed Dark Chariot (or simply, the Dark Princess' guard) who also holds the post of the overall commander, or Brigader-General of Royal Star Brigade, the civilian army of the Empire (apparently the reason is because Veron can take care of herself so he has enough time for both jobs). It is a wide-known fact that he is totally obsessed over Veron and has been repeatedly rejected by her. His gold badge in the shape of a moon with a ruby set on top is the symbol of the Dark Princess and symbolises his post as Dark Chariot.
3. Victoria Perodacsier (Vic) is Veron's elder sister, the Light Princess. Xenorila Perodacsier (Xeno) is their mother, the 138th Crown of Flame of the Perodacsien Empire of Caronaile (ie the Queen). Sharne la'Vinn is the Dark Carriage, or Veron's tutor. Merill Dorsel is an official with many posts and a very good friend of Vic's Carriage, Sharmaine la'Vinn and thus very familiar with the rest of them.
4. Liefe and Aiarylle are two kinds of different powers in Caronaile which can be used by its residents. Aiarylle is found in everyone, but Liefe only in certain ones. People who can use Liefe are called Liefeans. Viodion, Fire and Air are a few of the many types of Liefe.
5. Anything totally cheesy seems correct just because it is Cian, I have no idea why. I somehow just can't make them two lovey-dovey because, well, Veron just is NOT that kind of a person.
6. Vic is thoroughly irritating, she loves talking when she shouldn't, it amuses her and she tends to get on everyone else's nerves. But that's what she lives on. She gets so much mention because, well, she's the person that gets the whole plot stringed together? Er, because she just appears everywhere to irritate the hell out of people.
7. Average lifespan for people in the Empire is 850. Yar. So 169 (Cian) is not old. On the other hand, their coming-of-age is 16, so 16 (Veron) is not young either.
* * *
Reason for such long chara intros at the bottom is because you'd probably not know who the hell they are (or what Caronaile is even) unless you are
cliodx. Yes, they have been around for THAT long, ie more than 4 years. In my brain at least.
And I must say, I needed to look up a lot of words in this theme set. And I chose this theme for them solely for the word "waltz". Lolx.
