That's very specialized compared to US. We don't have anything like that here that I'm aware of. Maybe if your parents sent you to a private school to prepare you for engineering education or something, you may get into that. Even then I think it wouldn't be as good.
The standardized tests I think here ruin education--all lessons focus on passing the tests with high scores and not on understanding the material. I'm 29 years old, and I have never done a mathematical proof in my life.
