Yabu: The filming for my drama “My husband cannot work well” has not started (Interview was in the beginning of June), so too bad but I do not have any stories to tell. However, the other day, the cast met to read the script and at that important place, my shyness overcame me and I couldn’t bring myself to start a conversation with the people who will be acting with me…. Furthermore, no one initiated a conversation with me too, so when you think about it, everyone seems shy too (laugh). I had already said my greetings to Nishikido-kun when we were in the same studio during another job. When I said “Yoroshiku onegaishimasu”, Nishikido-kun used the same formal language and replied “Yoroshiku onegaishimasu”. Somehow, he didn’t treat me as his junior, but as one of the cast members and when he said “Lets work hard for the filming!”, I found myself being even more motivated.
Hikaru: The filming of Koshoku Robot is a little unique. We, robots are placed into the screen through CG effects so filming is in front of a green backdrop. For the scenes where we talk to the people who act as humans, firstly we appear at the filming location in our private clothes, and only join in with our voices. The next day, we change into the proper costumes and while recalling the scene that was filmed previously, we act alone. This is an interesting experience. In the drama, there are interactions among the robots that are not in the original book. I think that is a point to look out for. Because I am totally into my role, you can probably see a different expression as compared to when I am talking in JUMP…? I am unable to check the monitor while filming, so I look forward to it screening so I can see what kind of expressions I had.

Yabu: My family still treats me like a kid even till today. Well, I do know that it is not like the family hierarchy changes when I grow up, and I will always be the youngest of the Yabu family. When I eat with my family, they say things like “Kota has to eat more!” and everyone puts a bit of their food on my own plate. That has not changed at all. But I am already 27 years old so I cant eat so much anymore, and even if I eat more, I don’t think I will grow anymore taller than I am now….. (laugh)
Hikaru: When work ends, I go into a “off work” situation and I am nonchalant about everything. The other day when I went to eat with Jesse, he kept making a lot of jokes. While grinning, he said “Hikaru-kun, I am making a joke now yeah?” and reported to me on each and every one, but I said “But I am not going to rebut your joke since it is my private time now okay?” (laugh) I also went to eat with an acquaintance who is a video film maker. I used to be interested in movies, but now the representative for JUMP’s movies is Chinen. My friend told me many interesting stories, I do want Chinen to listen to them too.

Yabu: I spoil Chinen a lot, and basically as long as Chinen asks me out, I will not reject. When we go home separately in taxis, I let Chinen ride the first taxi and I go home after I see his taxi drive off. Although I only do that to Chinen but actually I like Dai-chan as much. When I am with him, I just find myself smiling. So the other day when I went to eat yakitori with Chinen and Dai-chan, it was really fun. When I am with a member, I just naturally say things like “Ah, my waist hurts” so they often treat me like an old man. But I am totally fine with it.
Hikaru: The face which the members see is probably my “sleeping face”. The other day Yuto told me “My mobile phone has a lot of Hikaru-kun’s sleeping face~” (laugh) When I am awake, I do concentrate on looking on the member’s faces. I check out the changes in their hairstyle too. The other day, Yuya cut his hair and I was surprised. Yabu also changed his hair to a darker colour recently. Yamada also had quite bright brown hair just not long ago. And when Dai-chan said “You look like xxx”, he was probably not pleased, so he quietly returned to his black hair and I was amused (laugh). When I look at JUMP, it is really fun and I don’t get sick of it♪
