Thomas has cut his first tooth!!!! Not a canine as I was suspecting though...his left front bottom one. See you dumb doctor! He's not an abnormal freak after all!!! :P~~~
He's progressing onto stage 2 foods now and his meal options have greatly increased...he eats chicken and turkey and beef...peas and sweetpotatoes and carrots...applesauce and peaches (OMG he LOVES peaches) and pears and blueberries.
I do have to have a chat with my neighbor downstairs....I have pinpointed Thomas' weird "overnight" illnesses to 2 causes it's either an allergy to prune juice (not likely, but probably) or it's the fact that the asswipe smokes pot and it rises into my bedroom...I suspect this because both times Tommy's been abnormally ill, I've also had to wash ALL my clothes over again because they reek of pot and I do NOT smoke it anymore....haven't since december of 2004 so the smell of it is absolutely present and absolutely unmistakable.
I'm also thinking of biting the bullet and starting a checking account. It's starting to cost a fortune in fees for money orders...more than my little bills are worth, but of course I have to be careful with that, because gods forbid that I might be able to actually "save" money...I get penalized if I "save" too much...sometimes it's just not easy to get ahead....but it will make it all more worth it when I finally do... IF I ever get the chance....
I have a docs appointment for myself next week.....partly to try to get help to quit smoking...it's too expensive....but also partly because I found a lump.....last time I did it ended up being nothing...just fatty tissue...but I have done the thing that seems to be a factor...I had a child...so I'm going to get myself referred for a mamogram...We can only wait and see after that and hope it's nothing this time too....I can't imagine what's going to happen if I end up sick...oh well...no more pessimism....He's awake and needs me now and I can be there for him now, so I go....more another time....
