I didn't think about drawing Cutting Water at first because my favorite Nessie-fic is still Daring to Bleed, but ahhh Tang dynasty clothing? Too much fun.
Yes, the lines make sense in my head. XD I color-code complicated clothing, so Tenten's outfit is actually in maroon, orange, blue, and lime. *snicker* Hairstyle completely made up.
Had to do research for this: Empress Wu Zetian ruled 690 to 705. Tang dynasty women:
And the corresponding Japanese time period would be late Akusa.
I took pity on Neji and didn't include the bow.
I'm too lazy to line this right now - did I get everything right, Ness? (Except the hair's probably completely off.) And uh, I guess they're both left-handed? XD
