UGH.... (yes, this is going to be me bitching....)

I feel like crap. My damned period started today... Now this is usually a painful annoyance, but hasn't been too horribly bad since I had the boys... I have a bad feeling that is changing now.
I have shooting pains in my right arm and i'm occasionally losing feeling in it. My lower back feels like someone stabbing it with a rusty knife... i'm having issues with my eyes and seeing properly... and that doesn't even go into the stabbing cramps that had me struggling to stand upright while running errands today or to keep from driving off the road on the parkway.
Gods, this is so freaking annoying. I am crabby, snapping at the kids for breathing practically... and just feel like screaming and curling up under a blanket and cuddling up with someone/thing.
Before i got pregnant, my periods were easily 10 times worse than this. i am hoping and praying that this cycle doesn't mean that they are getting worse.
Tho it might help if i went to the doctor--i'm so good at yelling at everyone else and make sure they take care of themselves, but i never even went in for my 6 week checkup after ethan was born.
