Mo' money mo' problems

Not sure whether we're allowed to post here yet, if we aren't, mods feel free to remove my stupidity. Okay.

For those of you that mod Skyrim to be more challenging, like I do, you've probably seen some of the 'currency' mods out there (like trade and barter, etc). Making things more expensive to buy, less expensive to sell, and so on. I myself have changed the settings so harshly that a flawless garnet is worth only 1 septim. That's how we roll in the hood.

Anyway, prompt is this - it's a civil war, empire is falling apart, everything is expensive and almost everyone is poor - including our poor dovahkiin, who hasn't quite earnt their fame yet. So, how do they earn enough to get by, kmeme? Hair brained schemes? Failed heists? Demeaning menial labour? Any idea is a good idea. Go nuts!
