You know how sometimes people on your friends-list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

I live in the center of Seattle in an awesome neighborhood and love it. Living in a great city is a big part of my life. The boy and I go out to eat all the time and I love taking advantage of the great local music scene and other cultural opportunities that a big city affords. And Seattle is gorgeous! The weather has really been sucking recently, but I'm holding out for a glorious summer.
4. Occupation:
Web designer and pattern designer/author. Working on my second book of bags and accessories!
5. Partner:

None
7. Brothers/Sisters:
Older brother and sister. Brother lives in Seattle with my SIL and my sister lives in California with my BIL. They are all wonderful!
8. Pets:
None! It's very sad :( When I get a new job and a larger apartment I will get a dog.
9. List 3-5 biggest things going on in your life right now:
1) My relationship
2) My new book (I'm in the pattern development stage for the next could months)
3) Sticking to a new way of eating (SOLE foods--Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical--and almost entirely grain- and sugar-free)
4) My new status as soon-to-be aunt. My sister is preggers and I'm very excited, though sad because she lives two states away :(
5) Burning Man--it's sneaking up on me and I have so many projects!
6) One more because I really need to focus on this...getting a new job. Argh.
Furry stuff didn't make the list because I only have so many hours in the day and need to spend less time on this stuff, fun as it is :D I'm super excited for Anthrocon and have been making badges recently though! Hopefully I can get back to my fursuit plans after my manuscript is turned in.

Married for ages. Live about 45 minutes away. They're happy and cool. We all get along. It's nice and boring :)

Well, most are offline friends but I'm starting to cultivate some good online friendships too.
