Iris--don't threaten me, there is no reason for it. I have no intention of turning Des into anything. I love her exactly as is. Would I like it if we saw eye to eye more? Yes. But this whole thing is between me and her. This is an issue between me and Des. Not your problem. Des can take care of herself.

look, dear, the reason i even commented here is because this is not simply an issue between you and des. not when she posts on her journal, visible to the world, about it. not when she talks to me about it.
i hope you tuly understand how upset she was about what you said to her. i understand you have your differences. but i dont feel that was necessary. maybe youre right, my opinion has no relevance to the issue.
either way, i did not "threaten" you. it was a joke, haha. ha. ha. see? eh... humor is lost on you. i had hoped you would laugh and understand the liberal frustration, living in this town... ah well.
