Dialysis....Update
We are home now. Steve has had a venous catheter placed in his neck and had his first dialysis treatment tonight. He will be going every monday Wednsday, & Friday for four hours for approximately 4-6 weeks. The first week in June he will be going to get his permenant catheter in his stomach. Then it will take 2-4 weeks to heal and be ready for use. Once that is ready he will be doing the peritoneal dialysis at home everynight while he sleeps.
