false hope or no hope at all?

jessica's ways to relieve frustration and stress:

sing in the shower: loud singing demands deep breathing, which relaxes the singer. hold the notes for as long as you can.

cheerios: the name says it all. also, crunching loudly relieves tension and annoys people around you.

jumping rope: it's a lot harder than it looks. i suggest loud music, and maybe some cheerio breaks.

sleep on the floor: yeah. or just sleep wherever. sleep in general is a good thing. sleeping on the roof of your car [while it's not moving of course], sleeping in school, at work on the office floor, in your closet or ever your shower. (towels work quite well as blankets)

walking on your ceiling: involves a fairly large mirror, and some imagination

screaming silently: open your mouth...and scream..without making a sound.

i've been very anti-livejournal lately haha.
i miss ellen so much it's driving me crazyyyy
6 tests in a week..whooot
if i can just make it through this week, that would be good.
studying time.
