Kickin off the 07
So, it turns out I may have a New Years party to attend... but I'm not sure yet. Maybe. We'll see what happens. Also, Jess and Suzz are DEFINITELY coming up when teh family goes to Florida! WHAAAAT! I am SO pumped to see them again. I actually have to pee just thinking about it.
I'm also getting ready for some mad boxing day shopping tomorrow. Really I'm just gonna go and watch Bobby and Katie shop, and not spend any money myself (lie). It'll be interesting, our first outing together. We plan on being roomies, so we'll see how this goes. Bobby and I never have any problems, so really it's up to Katie and I.
In other news, I think this was the greatest christmas ever. Not only were Grandma and Grandpa in attendance, but I lipped off and nobody cared, despite the extreme things I said. In fact, everyone was in stitches laughing. I was very impressed. Dad came to get us at 4:30 with Christopher, and I took all my stuff with me:

We got to dads and did presents here as well, and I cleaned up again, with: Will & Grace Season 4, a Lord of the Rings limited edition collector's plate, two NICE sweaters, about 50 bucks in Coles/Chapters GCs, HBC gift cards, and some cash. Overall an excellent year for gifts. I watched 3 discs of Will & Grace already. hah.
Following gifts at Dad's, I ran out the door and drove to the Hospital. Justin was working, and his christmas this year was interesting to say the least, but it was also very short, as he worked the 24th, the 25th, and he also works the 26th and beyond. As such, I thought I would bring a little Christmas to him at work. I brought his gift along (which he was very pleased with, to my extreme gratification), and since I had nowhere else to be, I hung out with him at work for 3 (three) hours! It was actually really fun... although he did go out to smoke twice while I was there, a habit I wish he would kick.
I'm going to talk to Meghan about having a (small) party while Mom and John are gone, but we'll see how that goes over. When I say small, I mean fifteen people max, but whatever. I'll deal with that later.
I'm working overnights this week Tuesday-Thursday, 8PM - 7AM. Those are gonna be some SHITASS shifts, but hey, it's at Storybook, so I can skate, and it's outdoors, and I'll be all alone, so I can do whatever the hell I want. Yay! Still... lonely.
So, in closing, this Christmas has begun a new chain of good Christmases that I expect will continue in the future. I got everything I wanted, I got to see the people that I wanted to, my family was together, and I was able to bring Christmas cheer to someone important to me, and I found out Suzz and Jess are coming, and I got to see Jess Butcher, Jason's girlfriend, whom I am absolutely IN LOVE with.
Merry Christmas everyone. I hope yours brought you just as much happiness and satisfaction as mine did, and may that continue into 2007, which I hope to start with a BANG!
