4. Ian and i went to Komatsu for a dinner party with 2 fellow South African JETs who I have not seen since the Kimono Expo. Shan had a South African evening, including homemade Bobotie - she even figured out how to vegetarian-ifyy the recipe and is sending it to me since it tastes exactly like Bobotie should! It has been years since I have tasted it thanks to vegetarianism and soon I will have a recipe! Yay!
