I'm not excusing the lack of consent so much as giving it context. Television tells us tons of stuff is okay when it is clearly not, and FH sort of acts within the tropes and mythos (*steals Ahddie's awesome word) of television and books. So that's why I think it didn't occur to them to warn, and that it wasn't malicious or any kind of "I think this is funny, so screw everyone who doesn't!"
I get where you're coming from, but I think that we have to consider that this applies to a number of triggers. There are things that permeate the game that I'm not comfortable with at times, and the way I solve that problem is that as soon as I see material that bothers me, I click out of the thread. It's not a perfect solution, but I don't think one exists.
Nailing down a list of "Here's everything you should warn for" is impossible. Maybe drug use should be highlighted under the common sense rule the way rape and assault and violence are -- it's not my call, but it might be something to be considered if people are bothered this much. But the entire game is going to end up behind cut tags if we adopt a principle of, "Someone could be offended by this," and triggery stuff is so subjective that I don't think we can make a list of things that belong behind cut tags.
