Albion Update No. 1
College is AMAZING.
B-8 (British Eighth) Band Camp was tough- 6 hours of marching and 3 hours of section EVERYDAY. That's on my feet (and thus using my knees) for 9 hours... STRAIGHT. Seriously, we had 45 minutes to get to the cafeteria and eat before we started another practice! But I lost 10 pounds... which is good, and bad. And... get this! My legs have some definition to them now. It was really cool. We got a new guard coach and she's really really talented. She spent 7 seasons in DCI. As I said... TALENTED. I learned RIFLE!!! WOOT WOOT WOOT!!!!
Classes are going well, I LOVE taking classes I'm interested in!!!! Although Calc 2 is a challenge and not something I love, it's alright so far.
The Ford and Gerstacker intitutes are amazing and I can't wait for things to be in full swing.
