Crossover Ship Manifesto (Sam/Dawn)
My submission for the Crossover Ship Manifesto over at xoverland, a community I've just joined, for Team Dawn. GO TEAM DAWN!!! :D Below the cut are ten reasons why I ship the seemingly unpopular pairing of Sam/Dawn. It's a shame really. The unpopular-ness, not my reasons :P
Ten Reasons Why I Ship Sam/Dawn
(Apart from the fact that they're so cute together :P)
One - Both value the pursuit of knowledge as a means of defeating evil
Two - They both understand what it is like to be the younger/protected sibling
Three - Both have felt like they didn’t fit in, in their family
Four - They both had to grow up fast despite efforts by their family to keep their innocence
Five - They’ve both had a sibling literally die for them
Six - Both hardened after losing their family
Seven - But despite that, still retained some sense of childlike purity
Eight - Both have gone to great lengths to try to bring back a family member
Nine - They both were scared of who they really were
Ten - They both wanted a normal life but ended up accepting their roles
Now I know that there's not a whole lot of people out there that ship these two, and I can't really understand why, but I would like to give a shout out to some comms that allow us few to promote this AWESOME couple:
