those peurile prayers answered..
barsath..barsath..at pune..
but this young lady off the place..

Now.. here in Calif..
Tall tall trees..
cloudy moody weather..
sun trying to peep out..
but smart clouds!!

that heart again hoping for rains..
walking around the place without umbrella..
talking to clouds.. hey u.. rain na!!

Greeny greeny leaves..
Sun flower bent..

Kids with beautiful colorful small umbrellas..
wet shoes.. wet books..wet clothes..
Me .. Getting wet..
Wow!! Nobody to scold..no thatha.. no appa..
Sitting in the street chair, closing eyes, enjoying the drizzle..

On reaching home..
Sneezes, coughs,shivers..
Sandwiches, hot coffee..
Nice melodies in system..
all verendahs open.. to enjoy rains..
heaters on .. to keep the warmth..
n.. the sound of rain..ushhhhhh..
but no lightening.. no thunder.. no cracker shows on the sky!!

by the pool side..
the ducks .. seen as paddles..
to keep the warmth..
crazy a'cans swimming..
the old couple in romance..
birds flying back to their nest..
cars driven faster than normal..
the washed roads..
the sleepy mood all the time..
