IT parks in cbe..
Heard New CBE collector is doing lot fo work to develop CBE as IT city!!
There is already one IT park at KCT(hosting 3 software companies including CTS).. there is once coming near CMC.. and heard there is one on Thadagam Road as well. not sure!!
Cbe's real estate is flourishing like mad..if any of u have ideas of settling in cbe sometime later.. get ur lands or flats there now itself!!
But I have doubt .. with the IT companies coming up ina city.. i feel.. the rich and the middle class get richer.. and the poor get poorer??
For eg: if a house goes for a rent of Rs 2000.. with the IT people flooding the city..the rent of the house wud get doubled..so, the house owner grows reacher.. what abt a layman who cud afford to pay only 2000 for a house.. he shud either shift to remote corners of the city or he shud shift to smaller or worse house.. which means his life is getting worsr and poorer!!What say??
