I squeed out loud when I saw you'd posted a new chapter. It was embarrassing, but this was so worth it. You've got Warren's voice down absolutely and it makes the entire story that much better.

*continues to adore this* I so love your Warren!voice, and how he justifies his actions to himself even when his choices aren't actually the best. And I don't think I've mentioned this, but I loooove the description of Layla's house, and the concept of the "Justice Ladies". And of course you know I adore Dove. You have such a way with OCs- you have never, in the time I've known you, pumped out a Mary Sue, despite the myriad OCs you've used and/or created in your stories. All of your characters are real and three-dimensional, and that's... really awesome. Because you rock. A whole lot. <33333333

Well, I would argue with you about the Mary Sue thing, but most of the really hideous ones I keep hidden on my hard drive. Oddly, though, I don't have a Sky High!Sue in my head. (...Yet. I'm so sure I will eventually.) But as I've said many times before, your opinion means the world to me, so I'm glad you enjoyed the fic and I'm really glad I had your imput. :)

It seemed a bit odd to me that she worked with Will and Layla's mom. I would think that Will would know Warren when he got to school. Of course he didn't know the Commander's side kick, so I can see the other way also.

I definitely should have exlained that a bit better. ::headdesk:: Basically, what happened in my brain but not my word processor is that the group broke up after the Commander and Jetstream got married; and Warren's mother was pretty much isolated from the others after they had to defeat her husband. It was her attempt to keep Warren from knowing too much about his dad, but it backfired and made him bitter instead. So after he got over his issues with WIll and *they* became friends, his mom regained contact with Layla's and Will's mothers. Which... I should have put in the story somewhere. D'oh. (Thanks for pointing that out, though!)

By the way, your fanart rocks. :)

Okay, back to the "I'll post as I get to parts" thing:

First off, let me say WARREN YOU IDIOT! Now, on to the commenting as I read thing:

Well, then I guess I'll just go back to having no friends. I did it for fifteen years, it wasn't so bad.
-oh, Warren! It IS bad, and really painful to go back (I speak from experience)!

and..that's all, for specific lines, really, for this one. Rushing to memory this, then to read the next part. =)

um..yeah. I really identify with your Warren. Not the whole "I'm in love with my two best friends and am kinda bi" thing...well...okay, then whole "in love with best friend" thing, but, opposite sex. But, I mean, the whole "fuck, I just screwed up my only friendship" thing and the whole "I had no friends and now I think I lost them" thing. yeah.
