Nikki was here for the weekend but now she is at the airport, waiting to return to Philly. She will be missed :-(
Gavin's 4th birthday was on Saturday. We met up with Marc's mom and step-father for some Tex-Mex and then went to an apple fest in Georgia's (gorgeous) mountains. We had a good time, despite the heat, and decided that camping up there next year is a must. Nikki wants to come down for that too. Maybe some other Tribe members would like a long weekend in a cabin as the leaves are changing
Yesterday, we met one of Gavin's little friends at Build-a-Bear. Gavin chose a cute monkey and I spied a Buzz Lightyear costume, so we were set within minutes. The monkey is very cute in the costume *hee* Gavin's friend chose a purple teddy and a pumpkin costume. Very cute. After, we had pizza, ice cream, cake, and prezzies at our house. Gavin loved the Toy Story theme.
I miss MY monkey :-(
