Heads-up on new PayPal fees
Well, I just found out the hard way that PayPal is now charging fees for receiving certain payments with Personal accounts. Long story short, if you look at the Send Money page in PayPal, There are now two categories to choose from: "Purchase" and "Personal". If you choose any sort of purchase when you send money, it seems the recipient will be charged PayPal fees.
However, I think (still working on testing this) that if you use the personal category (and choose gift, money owed, etc) there will not be fees. But, this is clearly going to mean you're not eligible for any sort of buyer protection, so don't use it for purchasing unless it's someone you really trust 100%.

I guess I'll go find some food and coffee before this headache gets any worse... x_X
