[ Drabble ] Resignation
ChangMin+YunHo. 167 words. Author's Notes: Written because I still cannot get over the fact that ChangMin cried at the MKMF, and because HoMin was so much love off-cam I couldn't help it.
Also, I apologize for not having updates for the MinHa series. I'm still writing the next chapter, so i hope you guys bear with me. Thank you! ♥
When a name is announced, YunHo claps his hands vigorously, but ChangMin sees how his eyes turn misty and sparkle with tears that threaten to fall. ChangMin swallows a lump in his throat and claps along, watches the group that won - Big Bang, the group that took Korea by storm while they were away - climb up on stage and say their thanks. Nothing really registers in his head but the tears in YunHo's eyes.
"Hyung..."
"Ne?"
"What if..." ChangMin hesitates, stares at YunHo's eyes and tries to get rid of the lump in his throat. "What if..."
YunHo holds his hand and gives him a reassuring smile. He doesn't say a word, but ChangMin reads resignation in his eyes. YunHo glances at his other members and smiles proudly, even as he is clapping for somebody else. ChangMin nods, understanding YunHo's heart. They ARE still DongBangShinKi, they ARE still one, they ARE still together.
There is no prize, or trophy, or gold more precious than this.
