Seoul Adventures 5 - Teacher Ruth
My cousin teaches the most wonderful kids, I'm so jealous! ...that's not to say that my kids are not awesome too, but DAMMIT!!! how come her grade 6's speak better English than my grade 9's?!?!?! >< hahaha. Anyway, it was an awesome experience being able to attend her class. Even if the future takes me away from education, I think there will always be a part of me that will miss teaching, especially teaching elementary.
Speaking of which, Carleton STILL hasn't gotten back to me! I guess technically, when they say that they'll look at the portfolios in April, make a decision and then inform us about it in May, they've got till the end of May to tell me, but still, dammit! Or could it be that I'm one of those people they're keeping on the fence so that if enough people refuse their acceptance offer, they'll let me in?
