Finally some time!
So, as predicted, we are not "going live" with our new computer system this Sunday. We are still getting logged off every two hours and it seems to be a firewall issue. Bad thing is, the guy who fixes that is in Italy with his wife, who is in charge of the whole new computer system! The GREAT thing is, all of the mandatory overtime that was assigned to us on our days off and our days on, has been canceled. Woohoooooooooo! That means a "regular" week, I can't remember the last time I worked 4 10 hour days with my full 3 days off....and either can anyone else. I'm sure we are all going to be feeling a little weird, only having to work 10 hours and then go home. What to do with the extra time?
I plan to finish copying and editing Yoy and Colin's wedding pictures and sending them out,
doing some chores around the house, hanging the beautiful clock I got from my grandfather, catching up on some crochet projects and some reading. My poor Kindle is sorely neglected...
Ken injured his leg yesterday while he was attempting to stick his feet in the pool. He has been hobbling around like the Hunchback of Notre Dame for two days now and dragging his foot behind him...rather funny actually, but don't tell him I said that. :) I think he pulled a muscle and hopefully it will heal quickly.
Yoy, I'm still working on the receipt, I haven't forgotten!
