Carson Carson Carson!
Okay, let me just say that I love the episodes when Carson goes offworld -- at least in the second season! (Currently watching the second season right now!)
First of course the Runner -- oh my God I just am in love with his accent! The the 'oh crap' in Duet just gets me! What I really really love is the way he communicates with Rodney in Instinct and Conversion -- the common mockery they have going on! That's as far as I've got right now -- undoubtedly I'll be adding more eps later, but seriously, for some reason I just love him so much. I mean, don't get me wrong I'm totally in love with all of them, except Elizabeth -- I really hate her in Conversion for some reason. She completely rubs me the wrong way -- maybe its because she's really condescending as a leader, though she totally kicks ass in Condemned.
Its kind of like how I absolutely hated Teyla in the first season -- she was so up herself and pretentious in Letters from Pegasus and all 'my father said this' and 'my father often told stories' and 'i have heard from my father'! Drove me up the wall! Though I love her in Aurora, which I saw on TV a couple of months ago! And of course I will always be in love with John and Rodney, though there are moments which make me go 'don't be so bloody stupid!' with both of them! And Ronon... well not much to say about him really; he's a bit freakish but totally cool and totally knows how to handle Rodney, which is excellent, though he's not as good as John. I love the little exchange between him and Teyla in Instinct regarding John's orders -- brilliant!
Anyway, enough ranting -- back to the watching! I'm at the bit where Elizabeth's telling John that the mission failed and he says to send them again -- is it wrong to find him sexy as an Iratus creature?
