Well...I finally bought my prom tickets today. Our theme is so cute...

"...And They Lived Happily Ever After 2006..."

I am so excited. I have my tickets, I have my dress, we ordered our flowers together... my parents finally agreed to pay for my share of the limo and hotel..all I have left now are: nails, toes, shoes, extensions, picture money, and possibly money for dinner..but I doubt I'll be able to eat. I am so stressed/excited/worried about it...I guess that's still alot, but I'm good under pressure...I think. When I finally bought the tickets today, there was a little list and it said, "Nicole DeJesus and Izak Arida"...and I loved it. The receipt had both of our names on it and they even gave us two frames that are silver with stars on them that have "And They Lived Happily Ever After CSHS Prom 2006" printed on the glass...Which I adore.

We decided (read:I decided) that we would wear red, so I bought a red dress in the Garment District in LA for $40. I know. It's amazing, but I don't want to put pictures of it up until after Prom. He is going to wear all white, white pants, a white shirt, and a white members only jacket (LOL), with a red tie (or bandanna), new red dunks, and possibly a red hat. I don't really know, but that's the idea that he has in mind. I love it. Even if we do look a little White Stripes-esque. He really, really wanted to get a platinum grill to match the little silver chains I have on my dress, but seeing as Prom is on May 6th, we don't have enough time or money to invest in that.

It's all been very stressful, but it's almost here. I can't wait because it's going to be amazing. We're leaving for West Covina at four, we're going to get our pictures done, and then we're heading off down the 57 to Anaheim because our Prom is at Disneyland. How fucking pimp is that? We're having it in the ballroom of the Disneyland Hotel, and then we're staying at the Hyatt Anaheim. So far we only have one suite...hopefully soon to be two or three. We have an estimated 30 people riding in our limo, and then another 10-20 will be joining us for the afterparty, so one suite just isn't going to cut it. All in all, it's going to be unforgettable. After we check out on Sunday, we're having our "hung over breakfast" and then going to Huntington Beach for a bonfire on Sunday night. There's no way in my life that I'm going to school the following Monday. I am so happy.

So yeah, we're doing it big.

What you know about that?
