Okay....
Asako is hot.
Really. And uh, I really really like her wig. XD
I saw that update first and proceeded to start squeeing like an idiot.
And then I saw the rest of the casting..... W.T.F??? o_0 3 actresses playing Rudolf?? And...Ahi?? Just, no. That is not at all fair to her. *sigh* ....I don't understand. TT_TT I really don't

But what's up with the three actresses? The role is already split in young and adult Rudolph, why split it again?? Every Rudolph scene a different actress or what? (Yami ga Hirogaru, Mama and then Waltz?) That doesn't make any sense at all IMO. That would be like five minutes stage time per actress.
BUT MAYBE HANKYU IS JUST PLOTTING AGAINST US AND TRIES TO CONFUSE US it's so working. Maybe there are new scenes... A NEW STORYLINE.. heck, I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't ELISABETH AT ALL. Gargh.
I'm always happy about any (good) Ahi related news, but this is really screwed up.

Don't worry; they'll be getting more than 5 minutes stage time. xD When a role is split like this, it's not actually split during the show. So Ahi, Morie, and Mirio will all play Rudolf on different days. It's like in MiiMai last year, with two different siennes playing Jackie.
Hankyu is always plotting against us. I think that's been made quite clear within the past.... couple months. TT_TT

BLUSHING. Like I already responded to lliri-blanc I was kinda-- stupid and now I'm feeling embarrassed.. I do know about the way they're splitting roles, but somehow, ehm.
Ahi~ it's a shame.
Hankyu, The Neverending Story. Still don't know by heart how it works (as proved by my comment :D).

This is worse than when they demoted Ahi the first time. There have been a lot of rumors that she would choose this show to retire, and with what they've done, it looks like it.

That way it's even worse, I think. I always loved her voice & her stage presence, so I'm really shocked that she considers to retire. Still wondering about Asa..
Thanks!

That's okay, I think confusion is a great response. ^_^;
I'm glad someone likes her, it feels like all Tsukigumi fans hate her these days. <3 I'm actually in her fanclub and all the members are constantly stressed out about what will happen.
Top stars traditionally announce their retirement the day that rehearsals start for the previous show. The meeting-day for Saudade is tomorrow (2/10), so Asako will most likely announce her taidan, if she does, tomorrow or the day after.
Elisabeth retirements for the remainder of the cast will go up in mid-April, on the meeting-day for that show (which hasn't been told to anyone yet).

Now it makes sense -- and I can't describe how sad I'm now. Didn't want to go over the top again with my first response to your comment, but Ahi is actually one of my three favourite actresses in Zuka (my love split evenly between Yuuhi, Tomu and her). I first noticed her back in "Boxman" -I'm a big Soragumi fan- and from then on I always kept a wary eye on her. Then came NSG and I fell for her (when it just "click!"s). That voice. It's perfect in it. She was one of the biggest highlights for me.
Was sad when she was moved to Tsukigumi and now to be told she isn't much liked there is even worse :( How come? Any "reasons"? I'm kinda mad actually.
In her fanclub. Oh wow. I suppose the stress is nearly unbearable after the Elisabeth cast announcement. I'm feeling with you <3
So I'm keeping my eyes open for eventual retirement announcements -- though I don't wish it for any fan, of course.
Mid-April(!) - horror of horrors.
2009. 'Nough said.

NSG and the Hououden shinjinkouen were what did it for me too. <3 ( ... )
