Mer+Alex, Mer+Cris, Mer+Alex+Cris scenes were full of win.
The MerDer was awesome. I'm siding with Derek with this one. Mer should have come to Derek with her problem and not Alex. Although I also kinda get why Meredith didn't tell him.
Callie and Arizona. I love them but they were kinda annoying in this episode.
Mark was adorable.
I'm so not liking Lexie with Jackson. I want Lex to be with Mark.
Dr. Stark was just....weird.
