System Overload
Written for the holiday challenge over at its_always_been . This is my first time participating in something like this so...be kind. Heee.

"Despite the setback that we encountered earlier this year, we were able to increase our revenue by 8% mainly because of-" Jack Sherman, head of finance, was cut off when Tony Stark himself abruptly stood from his chair only to crouch down immediately as his phone subsequently fell on the carpeted floor of the conference room.
"Sorry." Tony stood. He swallowed and pulled to loosen his tie. "I..uh...need to..to go. Yeah." He said as he hurriedly walked toward the door. "Carry on!" He waved at the group dismissively and shut the door behind him.
"Did I say something wrong?" Jack asked. Everyone knew how unpredictable Tony Stark could be. They were all used to his sudden weird behaviors, but never in history did he just up and left a meeting so abruptly with just 'I need to go' as an explanation. When nobody made a sound, Jack turned to Pepper Potts who appeared to be equally surprised and confused.
"I don't thi-" Pepper's eyes snapped to her blackberry as it vibrated angrily against the hard wood conference table. Tony's face sporting a cocky grin flashed on the screen. Pepper pressed the answer button. "Are you-"
"My office, now."
"What? Are you alright?"
"Now, Pepper!" Tony demanded and hung up. Pepper let out a frustrated sigh and calmly addressed the rest.
"How about we take a break? It's almost lunch time anyway." With everyone's nod, she collected her things and marched to his office. Her heels tapped furiously on the floor with every step. Oh he was surely going to get an earful from her. However when she opened the door, Tony was already there pulling her in, closing the door and pinning her against it and ravishing her. All the folders that she had in her hands fell on the floor. He kissed her thoroughly, hands roaming all over her body and it was all she could do not to respond to his ministrations. But Pepper Potts had a lot of self control, and so she managed to end the kiss and pushed him away as far as she could with her hands. "Tony! What the hell is wrong with you!"
"Oh don't play innocent with me Pepper. This is your fault!"
"Have you gone mad? What are you talking about?" Pepper bent down and gathered her things and stomped to the desk.
"You honestly don't know what you were doing in there?" Tony stalked after her. Pepper slapped the files on the table and whipped around.
"I was listening to Jack's report, which you should have been doing too!" In a flash he had pinned her against the desk.
"Let me make it clear." He whispered, leaning in so she could feel his hot breath on her ear. "What were you eating during the meeting, Pepper?" Realization hit her.
"Candy cane." She mumbled, closing her eyes. Now she understood. He had just returned from a 3 day business trip in China this morning. When he came into her office they barely had time to say hello before they had to attend that meeting. If it were any other day, she would've been outraged by this caveman-like-behavior. But, as it were, she was feeling the same....need.
"You were sucking on the candy cane, Pepper. Sucking." She hid her face where his neck met his shoulder. He knew she was hiding a smile.
"Mr. Tanaka gave them out. So technically, it's his fault, not mine."
"Hmmm." He kissed her neck. "I missed you."
"I missed you too."
"Enough talking." He said before capturing her lips. In response, she buried her fingers in his hair and pulled him in.
