Yes! I finally get the guest room, and guess what! It has a door and a bed and a bathroom, and most importantly, privacy. After spending two weeks sleeping on a futon in the middle of the upstairs, I am ready for the guest room. It's been miserable not have a place to store my things and constantly kicking my brothers out so I can sleep (when I have work at 8 the next morning). And! my dad is graciously moving my large dresser out of the attic to put in the room so I have a place to store my clothes.
My grandmother, mother, sister, and I went to my cousin's engagement party in Birmingham this weekend, and they elected me to drive through the city, where we got promptly lost. I was so scared because I hardly ever drive in big cities, and it was a new experience. However, the pary was so nice; I didn't know a soul, but my sister and I had a few laughs. Goodness, Father's day is coming up, and I have no idea what to get my father. He is so hard to buy for because he needs nothing, and if he wants something, he goes and buys it! Very exasperating.
I just finished watching "Shall we Dance?" with Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez. made me want to dance. desperately.
