Workout Journal, day 5

So today felt more like a step backwards than a step forwards, unlike the other days.  I was mostly healed from Monday, but still slightly sore and weakened, and thus not able to lift as much weight as I did then.  Well, I might have been able to lift as much, but not as many reps I was "supposed" to be doing on it, and likely would have caused some damage.  So we'll see if I'm any better by this next Monday.  I sure hope so.

One thing that's odd and perhaps notable is that I think carrying my laptop case has disproportionately strengthened my right arm...because doing bicep curls made me realize my left arm is a lot weaker than my right.
