[She watches on, her face stoic and emotionless but it's obvious that it's forced, as her eyes depict nothing but sadness. She shakes her head, eyes refocusing on something off to the side of the camera as she speaks.]
You know, I never gave it much thought, but I saw you both in the mall that day.
[Mission accomplished. Get glad, kid. Like she's one to take to her own advice though, the painful reminder that she was that age when she lost both her parents still a lingering thought.]
