Can’t believe that’s happening for a performance, to me this is just an artist who was expressing his art, it’s no different than one opening an art gallery with paintings that give off the same idea, I’m not going to blame anyone for this, but honestly, while police and prosecutors could be out there catching murderers and thieves and put them behind bars, they’re wasting their time on a matter that I don’t think is worth wasting for. First of all, I’m not trying to say that he’s COMPLETELY innocent, but at the same time, it’s not all his fault, either. I love Korea and all, but I think they’re just blowing this waaaaaaayy out of proportion. I mean, c’mon, there are way more important things they should be dealing with right now…! Jail is too extreme for the things that he did. I replayed that video of the Breathe performance 500 freakin’ times and there was NO humping going on whatsoever! Just fake kissing on a STAND-UP BED, people! And besides, shouldn’t the parents of the minors KNOW or at least expect what their child is going to see/hear by going to that concert? You can’t possibly let them go, expecting that he’s not going to perform the songs off his solo album. And as for the song selections…it wasn’t HIS fault. HE didn’t do the all the promoting. HE wasn’t the only one who came up with it. So why is he getting all the blame? o_O I swear, Korea can be soooooooooo conservative sometimes. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, but c’mon…they’ve just crossed the line here. The $5,000? Fine. He can pay that off with no problem whatsoever. But JAIL!? WTF is with that??
Gosh, I feel so bad for him right now…His fans (including me) will be protesting like crazy. Think of how this incident would affect Big Bang’s activities if they decide to send him to jail. It’s outrageous.
